Summary: It was average. I was expecting better than average , but there you go. It did the job required, BBQ didn’t have a mat underneath it so had to figure out a way to stop the fat from dripping down to the neighbors deck below. Article of dirty clothing ( underwear ),left under bed, from previous renters. Some lights didn’t work.
